    Each special moments of friends and families gathering happen only once. Be present in the moment while having it documented to remember in perpetuity.

    Have your own documentarian to follow along and capture the moments from these unique experiences.

The Process

Here are the steps involved in getting your event photographed

I'm interested in a photoshoot!
  1. Complete form

    Complete this form so I can learn about you and your event and determine if I would be a good match.

  2. Schedule a planning call

    Next, we will have a call via Zoom in which we can meet and discuss your event, timing, date, pricing, and other details.

  3. Pay deposit and book event

    To book your event, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

  4. Photoshoot of your event

    This is when I capture all the magic of your event!

  5. Receive edited images from your event

    Turn around time is typically 1 week. However, longer (4+ hours) and multiday events will typically take longer. I will give you a timeline during our planning call.

Here's what you can expect price-wise to book an event

Pricing

The specific pricing for your event will be determined through an initial planning call.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book.

Here's what you can receive with this service:

  • Full coverage for the agreed upon duration of your event (full coverage means I will be available and taking images of the activity and action of your event during this time)
  • Digital access to download all of the edited images that make the cut. (There may be similar versions. I include all the passable images so you can decide which versions you prefer.) Depending upon the event, this can range from 75 to 150 images per hour.
