Receive edited images from your event
Turn around time is typically 1 week. However, longer (4+ hours) and multiday events will typically take longer. I will give you a timeline during our planning call.

Pricing
The specific pricing for your event will be determined through an initial planning call.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book.
Here's what you can receive with this service:
- Full coverage for the agreed upon duration of your event (full coverage means I will be available and taking images of the activity and action of your event during this time)
- Digital access to download all of the edited images that make the cut. (There may be similar versions. I include all the passable images so you can decide which versions you prefer.) Depending upon the event, this can range from 75 to 150 images per hour.

What if I have specific pictures that I would like to make sure get captured?
During our planning call, you will have the chance to let me know about any specific people, items, and/or activities that are especially important for me to capture.
How long will it take to receive the images from the event?
Generally speaking, you will receive a link to a digital gallery with your edited images within 1 weeks of the end of the event. However, for longer events (4+ hours to multi-day events), this timeframe can be longer. I will discuss the specifics for your event during our planning call.
How many images can I expect to receive?
Typically, you can expect to receive a minimum of 50 edited images per hour of your event. If there are more that are worth sharing, I will include those too.
What if it’s raining on the day of my outdoor event?
Outdoor events can come with unpredictability, especially during the rainy season in the afternoon or evening. If you plan to continue on with your event in rainy weather, I can accommodate light rain. However, if there is heavier and continuous rain, I will unlikely be able to capture your event. If this happens, you may use your deposit towards another event in the future.
What if my event is canceled or rescheduled?
It is understandable that sometimes events get canceled or rescheduled. If your event is rescheduled, please contact me as soon as you know to make sure my schedule can accommodate the change. If a reschedule is not possible or your event is canceled, you can apply your deposit toward a future event.
